Journal of Italian Studies

The Journal of Italian History & Culture is the printed voice of Villa Le Balze’s Center for the Study of Italian History and Culture. Printed in Italy and edited by scholars associated with the Villa, it publishes studies in literature, art, music, history, politics and religion. The Journal has substantial international circulation, and in 1997, 1999, and 2000 received an award from the Italian Ministry for Culture in recognition of its contribution to Italian studies.
